Who is the floating Blue guy with eyes

Previously he was seen in Q16 talking to wall or blanket .

What is he doing on Third Planet ?

What questions does the Guy have ?

What .WHo .Where. How .Now. Whom When

He's a Floating Rumormonger! They first appeared earlier this year when everything was "getting back to normal" - http://www.stationv3.com/d/20110109.html - and reappeared when things went strange again. http://www.stationv3.com/d/20110414.html

Apparently one or two of them stuck around after that... Smile
