First off yes this is in the right forum, this is Z7 related.

Now it is clear that both V3 and K7 have this job filled, while Z7 does not. I am going to ignore Q16 for now because you could argue it either way.
I think Ebb's job has something to do with dimensional stability, he is the reason that the Floyd dimension never messes with Station V3, and the Jensen dimension never go near K7. It is clear how Ebb's Children keep the Jensen dimension away, as they would never want to go anywhere near Ebb's Children, but as for the Floyed Dimension I am not as sure.
