Ok so I'm catching up with the podcasts.... yes, in many ways CSI is Sci Fi, moreso the Miami and NY ones with their super touch screen computers... Also bones with their Holosuite.....

Cute. Smile (And I like their site design!)

I don't usually watch the CSIs either (I've seen maybe two complete episodes and bits of others), so I don't have too much to say on the topic - but here's an article I just found on the topic of CSI and Bones being science fiction.

I wouldn't like to think that anything that's outlandish or bad science means it's science fiction. But yes, CSI is bad science.

I particularly like the blue neon lighting everywhere, as if they're working in a disco from Miami Vice.

I should hope not. There doesn't seem to be much "stayin' alive" going on.

My favorite Sci-Fi tech in CSI is when they "enhance" security camera footage.
